Square Enix have revealed the completely revamped intro cutscene for Final Fantasy VII Remake, which is not only longer, but also features some previously unseen and new shots of Midgar itself. Check out the video for yourself below.
As mentioned, the cutscene gives us a look at the majesty of Midgar, but also features brand new orchestrated music. The cutscene also recreates plenty of shots you’ll already know, including Aerith wandering the city streets and Cloud’s grand entrance.
Final Fantasy VII Remake was delayed until April 10th, meaning fans still have two months to wait before they can get their hands on the game, but the more that’s revealed about the game, the more exciting the release becomes.
