The Raiju is an Tier 5+ Iconic Tech Submachine Gun that can be found in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. It fires in full auto when fully charged.
The Raiju can be found in the hideout mission in the west of Dogtown at the place marked on your map below:
Keep descending through the caves at this hideout, blasting away at the little milita that’s inside — you can even come across a Militech crate in this area; just listen out for that hum as you keep going deeper and deeper.
You will eventually have to deal with Ross Ulmer, the leader of the rabble who is within a powerful exosuit. As a mini-boss, he can take quite a lot of damage, but as long as you keep dashing out of his range and using ballistics, you should be able to get rid of him pretty easily. Having the vulnerability Relic perk unlocked will help you out a tonne in this fight. Defeating Ulmer will gain you his access code.
Keep travelling into the unexplored area of the cave until you start seeing natural light again. Hang a right before you exit and find Raiju in the vault pen, along with a whole bunch of other goodies.
