Crash Bandicoot 4 Coming To Xbox Series X | S, PS5 & Switch Next Month

It's About Time. Again.

Crash 4

Activision and Toys For Bob have announced that Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will be receiving a release on the Nintendo Switch, along with a next-gen release on both the PS5 and Xbox Series X | S. A PC release has also been scheduled for later on this year. Check out the official trailer at the top of the page.

What’s So Special About The New Versions Of Crash 4?

The PS5 and Xbox Series X versions of Crash 4 will naturally include native 4K support at 60fps, meaning you’ll be able to make those frame perfect jumps much better than before. The Series S version will also run at 60fps, and support upscaled 4K, which is still a pretty good deal, while the PS5 version will support the DualSense’s adaptive triggers. As for the Nintendo Switch, you’ll be able to play the game while you’re on the toilet, which is worth buying the game again if you ask me.

Will The PS4 & Xbox One Versions Be Eligible For Upgrades?

Yes, anyone who already owns the game on PS4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade to their respective PS5 and Xbox Series X | S versions free of charge. Now, we just sit and hope that Activision announce an update for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2. That would be great, thanks.
