Call of Cthulhu

Focus Home Interactive have announced that they’ll be bring two big titles to the Nintendo Switch in the coming year, with horror game Call of Cthulhu and moral dilemma/RPG title Vampyr both scheduled to arrive on Nintendo’s handheld console in 2019.

Call of Cthulhu from Cyanide is a psychological horror experience based both off of the iconic short story from H.P. Lovecraft and also the pen and paper RPG of the same name from 1981. You play as Edward Pierce, tasked with investigating the mysterious disappearance of the Hawkins family, with plenty of Eldritch horror to be found along the way.

Meanwhile, Vampyr from Dontnod takes place in Victorian England, as you control Jonathan Reid, a doctor and recently turned vampire who must navigate the dark streets of London. Whether its via stealth and deception or full blown rampage, it’s up to you to find a cure for your sickness.
