Bloodborne & More March 2018 PlayStation Plus Games Available Today

Hunters, your time is approaching: March 2018’s PlayStation Plus games are available from today and bring with them possibly the best line-up for the service to date.

Without a doubt, the headlining act is From Software’s universally beloved Bloodborne; a PS4 exclusive continuation (of sorts) of the Dark Souls series that is as dark as it is difficult. Compared to the Souls games, Bloodborne is a little faster to play but just as self-punchingly challenging. If you’re worried about landing in Yharnam on your lonesome, the community is rallying together to help out new players, which is pretty damn cool.

The supporting act but by no means a massive step down is Ratchet and Clank: the remake of the PS2 classic which was released to coincide with the ill-fated movie. Don’t bother watching it, play it instead and discover why so many gamers have such a soft spot for the platformer in their heart. We’re in a little bit of a mascot renaissance in gaming now, so maybe the extra eyes on Ratchet and Clank will lead to a sequel.

The other notable addition for March 2018’s PlayStation Plus games is Mighty No. 9: the reviled Mega Man spiritual successor. To be fair, it’s better than nothing.

There are five games in total for PS4 this March, which is good value no matter how you cut it. Sadly, there are no PlayLink or VR games being given out this month. Here’s the line-up:

– Bloodborne (PS4)
– Ratchet and Clank (PS4)
– Legend of Kay Anniversary (PS3)
– Mighty No. 9 (PS3 and PS4)
– Claire: Extended Cut (PS Vita and PS4)
– Bombing Busters (PS Vita and PS4)

If you’re yet to see the PlayStation Plus games, be sure to check again around noon — that’s typically when the PlayStation Store updates. What are you going to be downloading first? Let us know down below.
