The holiday season is descending upon us this year with the grace of a buffalo with a chainsaw for a head, which means that there’s a whole heap of deals going around right now. Following their Black Friday bonanza, Sony have started their Christmas Deals promotion for 2019 on the PlayStation Store, and, honestly, it’s not that great.
Not only are some of the deals worse than they were not even a week ago, but a lot of the price reductions are on more expensive editions of the game, meaning that you will be paying more regardless. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, for instance, is still expensive considering how cheap you can pick it up physically, and God of War is now a few coins more expensive than before as it’s a Digital Deluxe Edition.
