A mysterious mansion in the woods, a horde of undead baying for blood and some very cheesy dialogue, if you’re looking or an explainer on the history of survival horror royalty, this is Basically…Resident Evil.
Resident Evil is a survival horror series created by Capcom that first shambled into un-life in a different decade, hitting consoles in 1996. The series features many, many entries, but to date there are only eight ‘main’ titles in the series. Due to the size of this franchise, we will only be looking at the biggest entries in the series. We won’t be looking at any spins offs, movies, comics or anything else in the Resident Evil canon, sorry Dead Aim fans. We may return to them in a future video.
