Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Is An Xbox Series X and S Launch Title

Legion, too.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla

Following the huge news of the Xbox Series X’s release date, Ubisoft have been very quick to confirm that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be a launch title for both the Series X and S.

Valhalla will also launch on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on the same day, November 10th. The PlayStation 5 version will release at the same time as the launch of the console itself.

“We are excited to announce that players will be able to discover Assassin’s Creed Valhalla sooner than expected! We cannot wait to see the world we’ve been creating over the past three years coming to life on all platforms, including on the next generation of consoles with the Xbox Series X | S on 10th November,” said Julien Laferrière, producer on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

On top of that, Watch Dogs: Legion will also be releasing on the new Xbox line on November 10th following its previous-gen release in October.

Due to Smart Delivery and the unnamed version for PlayStation, PS4 and Xbox One players will be able to upgrade to the next-gen versions of both games at no extra cost. The next-gen versions will offer higher resolutions and faster loading times.

Expect this to be the first of many hundreds of bits of next-gen news as we head towards November.
