Fallout 76 B.E.T.A To Launch This October

Fallout 76

Bethesda have finally given the world some more information about the B.E.T.A for Fallout foray into the world of online games, Fallout 76. Though we haven’t been given a solid release date for the beta, it’s been confirmed that it will launch in October.

In order to enter the beta, you’ll have to pre-order the game from a participating retailer first. No access to the beta without that, unfortunately, which may be disappointing for a lot of players.

The beta will start out with just a few players at first, but over time will expand to include more and more players as Bethesda test the extent of their servers. In the original forum post that announced the beta, it’s been clarified that everyone who pre-orders will be included, it’s just a case of when you’ll receive your code.

Bethesda are remaining tight-lipped on what content the beta will include, but there will be a Fallout 76 panel taking place during QuakeCon, so we’re likely to hear more details then. Hopefully, the beta will go off without a hitch, as Fallout 76 is scheduled to launch on November 14th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
