Swedish Publisher Zordix and Polish developer Rock Square Thunder have announced a release date and free demo on Nintendo Switch for their upcoming game, The Lightbringer.
Referred to as a “poetic puzzle platformer,” fully voiced and written in verse, The Lightbringer follows a young guardian who must take up the mantle of protector that his own sister previously held. Players will traverse a wide variety of levels and environments on their journey to fulfill their role as Lightbringer.
The game’s trailer features a glimpse of the sort of platforming and puzzle-solving that awaits players, as well as The Lightbringer’s vivid visual style. Thanks to the demo available through the Switch eshop, curious players don’t need to wait, and can try out the game now to see how they like it before the official release date early next month.
When Will The Lightbringer Be Released?
The Lightbringer will be available on Steam and Nintendo Switch on October 7th.
