Total War: Three Kingdoms Expansion ‘A World Betrayed’ Launching March 19th

Do not pursue Lü Bu. Play as him instead.

SEGA have today announced the release of a brand new expansion pack for Total War: Three Kingdoms. It’s called A World Betrayed, and features two new factions led by Sun Ce and the legendary Lü Bu.

The new story chapter chronicles the power vacuum left within the heart of the Han Dynasty, as multiple warlords vie for control of a fractured China. The expansion will add factions led by Lü Bu and Sun Ce, with thirteen playable factions in total. Each faction has new starting positions, events and missions, and there’s new units in the form of the Tiger Guard, Flying Riders, and Handmaid Guard.

The chapter pack will also come with a free content update that’ll go live for all players. A World Betrayed will launch on March 19th for the low cost of £7.99, $9.99, €9.99, and you can pre-order the game right now on Steam for a 10% discount. Are you excited? Sound off in the comments.
