The Division 2’s huge expansion, the Warlords of New York, is available right now on PS4, Xbox One and PC via the Epic Games Store and Uplay+. Furthermore, the base game and expansion will be available on Google Stadia (remember Stadia?) from March 17th, with cross-play for PC players. Check out the trailer below.
The expansion sees players return to the Big Apple to hunt down Aaron Keener, a rogue agent leading a group of fellow rogues who are standing in the way of the rebirth of civilisation. Warlords of New York includes 1:1 recreations of areas including Two Bridges, Civic Center, Battery Park and Financial District.
Along with a host of new content, the expansions comes with a host of reworks, including an RPG system overhaul that lets players better manage their inventory and stats. The level cap will also be increased from 30 to 40, while the Dark Zone have also been changed to focus on rewarding player-to-player interaction.
Warlords of New York will also introduce Seasons, 3 month-long events with their own mini-narrative and target to take down. The Seasons, which kick off on March 10th, will also see the return of Global Events, along with Season Passes with their own rewards. For more details, check out the official Ubisoft website.
