Microsoft have announced the Xbox Games With Gold line-up for October 2022, which is the first month that the program will no longer be offering Xbox 360 games as part of the service. Because of this, many were wondering if we’d get some kind of replacement for those lost Xbox 360, but it’s not to be. For now, it’s just going to be two Xbox One or Xbox Series X & S games per month.
The Xbox Games With Gold games for October 2022 are Windbound and Bomber Crew: Deluxe Edition. Windbound is an adventure/survival game where you play as Kara, someone who has found themselves shipwrecked on The Forbidden Islands. You’ll need to use your wits and resources in order to survive. Meanwhile, Bomber Crew is an aviation themed strategy game where you’ll have to manage the different aspects of a bombing plane’s crew. The Deluxe Edition also comes with two pieces of DLC, so you’re getting the full Bomber Crew experience.
Windbound will be available to claim for Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers from October 1st, and will be available until October 31st, while Bomber Crew: Deluxe Edition will be available from October 16th to November 15th.
