What Is Xbox All Access?

Xbox All Access is a program introduced by Xbox to allow people to pay monthly for a console instead of in one lump sum, not unlike a mobile phone contract.

It’s going to be a big part of the next-gen of Xbox consoles with you being able to get the consoles on day on without the need for a deposit. There will also be 0% APR across the 24-month contract, though you may need to pass a credit check.

As well as the console, you will also have access to 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Game Pass for both PC and console, as well as EA Play all included due to a new partnership with EA.

And as a sweetener, a Game Pass Ultimate subscription will also let you stream games to your Android devices from September 15th.

Is Xbox All Access Worth The Money?

Yes, to put it bluntly. It’s one of the best value gaming deals we’ve ever come across, especially as those in the US will actually somehow be saving money instead of spending more. That’s unheard of with credit plans.

It’s quite difficult, especially right now, to scrounge up the money needed for a new console, so Xbox All Access is a good way of spreading the cost over a long period of time.

However, that’s what it all comes back to: credit. If you don’t have good credit, you may not be accepted for All Access. In addition, not paying monthly can severely impact your credit score, so beware before you fully commit to the whole 24 months.
