Big Dave is one of the most popular powerhouses in WWE history, so it makes sense that Batista is quite the obstacle in WWE 2K22‘s Showcase mode, with him also becoming a playable character.
To unlock Batista in WWE 2K22, players must beat him and complete all objectives in Rey Mysterio’s Showcase mode. The particular match is the #1 Contender match for the World Heavyweight Championship on Smackdown in 2009.
Remember to wear him down and complete all objectives by checking your hints in the pause menu and looking over your combo moves list.
Players will unlock Batista with two different attires: current day Batista and also the 2009 version that took on Rey Mysterio. There’s no differences between these two versions apart from aesthetic, both are rated 88 and both are heavyweights.
Unfortunately, Bluetista isn’t unlockable, but that’s what the creation suite in WWE 2K22 is for, after all.
