While the modern WWE product doesn’t feature the old crimson that much, Visual Concepts and 2K have made it easy to enable blood in WWE 2K22.
To enable blood in WWE 2K22, simply go to Options > Gameplay and then scroll down until you see the option to change Blood to On.
If you keep attacking an enemy in the head, they will now eventually bleed. Weapons will make them bleed the fastest, but simply punches and strikes will also help.
You need this setting enabled to set up First Blood matches.
WWE 2K22 is available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X & S, and Xbox One.
