Ahead of the game’s launch on Friday, Bandai Namco have published the launch trailer for One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows, the game based on the hit anime and manga franchise. As you might imagine, it features Saitama using his signature single punches to decimate his foes. Check it out below.
One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is a 3v3 anime brawler, where the key gimmick is that the main character Saitama can one shot any character, but if you choose him for your team, he’ll always arrive late, leaving the team at a disadvantage. Players will also experience an original story mode where you create a brand new hero, working their way up the ranks of the Hero Association.
The launch trailer also comes with the details of the game’s Season Pass, which sees 4 characters joining the roster over the next couple of months. The first character will be Suiryu, who will be available in April, with the other three characters currently silhouetted. Two of them are obviously Watchdog Man and Garou, but myself and resident One Punch Man fan Darryl are drawing a blank on the last one. Our best guess is a casual Saitama, but let us know your guesses in the comments below.
