What Modes Does Multiversus Have?
Multiversus is built for 2v2 fighting, with each character occupying a certain class/role and utilising abilities that can aid their tag partner. Steven Universe can shield his ally, others can retrieve characters who fall off-stage. While the team fighting angle makes Multiversus unique, there’s also 1v1 and 4 player free-for-all modes available for players too.
Where And When Can I Play Multiversus?
Multiversus has been available via open beta from July 26th, 2022 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S, and it’s free-to-play with cross-play and cross-progression. While the full game is free-t0-play, players can purchase different Founder’s Packs which include in-game currency, cosmetic items and character unlock tokens, letting players have instant access to some or all of the roster immediately.
