Effective immediately, Triple H will return to his previous backstage post of WWE’s head of talent relations, replacing John Laurentius who has recently come under fire from various scandals. This is fantastic news for those fans of the black and gold era of NXT, when Triple H would bring in some of the best young talent from across the global independent market.

Triple H made a brief comment on the matter, stating that,

“I look forward to returning to my prior position as head of Talent Relations. I’m healthy, fired up, and ready to take charge,”

Paul Levesque had to take time away from WWE following heart troubles, announcing his official retirement from in-ring competition in the lead-up to WrestleMania this year, then leaving his boots in the ring on the second night of the spectacular event.

Here’s hoping that Triple H will continue to push WWE in the necessary directions to adapt to new times and new fandoms.
