This WWE 2K20 Glitch Is Absolutely Demonic

Kill it with all of the fire.

WWE 2k20 glitch

A lot of wrestling fans were left pretty worried by WWE 2K20 before release. As well as featuring some rather unconvincing visuals, barely anything was shown of it gameplay-wise during its marketing. In the past few weeks, it’s become clear why: this thing is an absolute mess.

Not too long ago, a video was released by a player showing the career mode of the game off with some very unflattering animations that looked out of place for this generation.

There have been a few unsightly glitches reported since then, including a ref getting a little bit too familiar with Charlotte Flair.

The following glitch, however, is so all-encompassing in its terribleness that you need a play-by-play to figure out what the hell is going on and how much holy water you need.

A Fatal-Four-Way match featuring Carmella, Alex Bliss, and Kairi Sane, we are transported to another dimension in which everyone’s limbs are made of vibrators, the wrestlers somehow getting under the ring and aggressively twitching away the whole time.

Poor Carmella is absolutely battered by the ring ropes for a good fifteen seconds, the referee tries his very best to phase out of existence, and even the game itself doesn’t want to live anymore as it pans down into the darkness beneath the ring.

Almost hilariously, the’re a pinfall during all this chaos even though Alexa Bliss is nowhere near Kairi Sane at the time. Just prior to this, the ring had consumed all of Carmella’s soul it needed before pooping her out. The player mercifully quits the match not long after.

So, what’s going on here? How has this happened? Well, if I was a betting man, I’d say that Visual Concepts have struggled to take over from Yuke’s completely, who stepped back from developing the franchise only in August and are now working on their own wrestling game.

Will you be buying this masterpiece, or have you been burned by WWE 2K18 on Switch enough already?
