Sci-fi Soulslike The Surge 2 recently got a September release date, though with very little in the way of fanfare. During today’s Inside Xbox episode, The Surge 2 debuted a new cinematic trailer that demonstrated the new location and abilities you’ll be able to play with. Check it out below.
In the new Jericho City, you must survive an onslaught of cultists, security forces and big scary robots as you try to uncover the truth behind a technological apocalypse that threatens all human life. Apparently, the techno-apocalypse also includes a banging soundtrack of The Day Is My Enemy by The Prodigy, so we’re sold already. The Surge 2 will launch on September 24th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
