Strawberry is a somewhat rare material for cooking in Tales of Arise that you may first be given as a gift for completing a side quest. Strawberry is used for cooking recipes.
Cooking in Tales of Arise becomes available shortly after you start exploring with Shionne for the first time. You are able to cook food at a campfire before resting, which will give you a small boost based on the recipe.
Strawberry can also be sold to merchants for a small amount of gald, like the rest of the fruit in the game. Strawberry sells for 25 gald apiece, which makes it one of the most worthwhile fruit to sell in the game, especially if you have lots of it.
