Scrap Meat is a common material for cooking in Tales of Arise that can mostly be found in what looks like treasure bags. Scrap Meat is used for cooking recipes.
Cooking in Tales of Arise becomes available shortly after you start exploring with Shionne for the first time. You are able to cook food at a campfire before resting, which will give you a small boost based on the recipe.
Scrap Meat can also be sold to merchants for a small amount of gald, like the rest of the meat in the game. Scrap Meat sells for 10 gald apiece, which isn’t the best price, but seeing as how it’s pretty common, you should be able to find quite a lot of it and sell a bunch for significant gald.
