Saffron is an uncommon consumable in Tales of Arise that is used to raise the max Elemental Defense of a party member of your choice by 5.
To use your consumables in Tales of Arise, go to your status screen (middle button on PlayStation), then go to Items > Consumables and press your confirm button to use it.
Similarly to other consumables in the game, Saffron can also be sold to merchants for a handsome amount of gald. Saffron is worth 500 gald when sold to merchants.
Tales of Arise is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S.
