Opal Mass is a very common accessory material in Tales of Arise that is used to craft the Opal accessory, which helps the wearer take 50% less damage from wind and earth element attacks.
Creating accessories in Tales of Arise becomes available shortly after you arrive into Cyslodia for the first time. You are able to create accessories by speaking to merchants and Engravers, who can be found at inns.
Just like other materials in the game, you can use Opal Mass to enhance accessories. Opal Mass can also be sold to merchants for a small amount of gald, which depends on its rarity. Prices for Opal Mass start from 12 gald.
