Devolver Digital, indie publisher and essentially the punk rock icon of the gaming industry, has leaked new footage of Croteam’s upcoming Serious Sam 4, and it most certainly looks like a new Serious Sam game. Check out the footage below.

Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass was teased back in 2018, but it seems like it’s been mostly quiet on the Sam front for the past year and a half, though Croteam did tease that 2020 was going to get very serious indeed around Christmas. From the footage “leaked” by Devolver, Serious Sam 4 looks like it’ll be more of the same 1 vs all FPS formula that the series is known for.
Unfortunately, in order for Devolver to leak said footage, a poor Marketing Manager had to lay down their life to sneak it out of Croteam’s offices, so let’s take a moment to reflect on their sacrifice, before offering your most touching tribute in the comments below.
