SNK have revealed that they’ll be bundling together six fan-favourite Samurai Shodown games, and one previously unreleased title, into the Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection, which is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC later this year. Check out the announcement trailer below.

The bundle will include ports of Samurai Shodown 1-5, along with Samurai Shodown V Special and the previously unreleased V Perfect, which includes brand new story elements and completely different endings. On top of that, each game will support online matchmaking and “state-of-the-art” rollback netcode, hopefully ensuring some quality online matches.

Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection will receive a staggered release on all platforms, with the Epic Game Store first on June 11th, the same day as last year’s Samurai Shodown reboot launches onto the platform. The collection will then come to Steam on June 18th, before launching on July 28th for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

As for the Xbox One release, there’s been some confusion regarding whether or not the collection will be added to Microsoft’s console, but Digital Eclipse producer Stephen Frost took to Twitter to reveal that they’ll be publishing the game on the big green platform as well.
