Feels like it’s been a while since the last backwards compatibility announcement, but the Xbox team are back in a big way, as they’ve just announced the next addition to the ever expanding line-up. Check out the tweet from Major Nelson below:

For my money, Saints Row 2 is the best one of the series, perfectly combining story and stupidity, before Saints Row: The Third game along and just turned the insanity up to 11. With the second game now backwards compatible, we’re just one game away from being able to play the entire series on the Xbox One, which would certainly make for a weird marathon session. Not many franchises start with you playing a gangbanger before ending with you visiting Hell to rescue The President.
