When you aren’t the best gamer out there and also stream, sometimes you have to do things a little differently. A lot of streamers rely more on personality over ability and have their fair share of fans because of it. I don’t mean to lump Rudeism into that same category because I am sure he’s quite skilled at most games he picks up, but he needn’t bother if he keeps doing things like this.
For reasons only known to him, he decided to play Overwatch, the simple but also devilishly tricky FPS from Blizzard, using nothing but a system of bananas and some serious co-ordination.
I don’t know what I just watched and I don’t know how I feel about it. Choosing Winston was the obvious and right call, even if it isn’t as smooth sailing as it could be. Four bananas are used for the WASD, four for moving the mouse (somehow) and another is for Winston’s special ability. He forgot to include a banana to reload, though.
If you’re a masochist, you can watch the full stream over here. As it’s a man struggling to get to grips with his own potassium-filled creation, expect plenty of swearing and maybe some tears.
