The Room Finally Gets An Honest Trailer

After endless demand, Screen Junkies have finally given in and released an Honest Trailer for The Room, Tommy Wiseau’s bizarre cult masterpiece. Check it out below.

Just a few hours after it was uploaded, the Honest Trailer has already accumulated over one-million views, because the popularity of The Room knows no bounds. Check it out below and feel free to leave a nice comment, but if you don’t have anything nice to say, you can leave your stupid comments in your pocket.

After its initial limited release back in 2003, The Room eventually gained cult status for being ‘so bad it’s good’, with many debating whether it should be considered among the best or the worst movies ever made. As a longtime fan of The Room, I personally place it in the ‘best’ category. Because intentionally or not, it’s a damn hilarious film.

Actor Greg Sestero, who played Mark, released a book in 2013 called The Disaster Artist, which serves as the basis for James Franco’s soon to be released film of the same name. Wiseau and Sestero have also reunited to play the lead roles in the upcoming drama Best F(r)iends, the title of which is a subtle nod to how their characters in The Room were constantly described as being best friends.

Be sure to catch The Disaster Artist when it opens in the UK on December 6 and in the US on December 8.
