Announced on WWE.com, the WWE Universe will finally get an update from Roman Reigns straight from the man himself on the February 25th episode of RAW on how his battle with leukemia is going.

It has been five months since the former WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vacated his title to battle his returning leukemia in a truly emotional segment on Raw. He then embraced his Shield brothers Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose while the fans cheered and wished for Roman’s wellbeing.

A few months after the reveal, the news broke that Reigns would be starring in the Fast and Furious spin off Shaw and Hobbs alongside his real life cousin Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Fellow WWE superstar Seth Rollins spoke to FOX News in January reporting that:

“Roman is doing great…He obviously spent the holidays home with his family and he’s doing really good. He’s in a good position. He’s primed to make a comeback, hopefully sometime sooner rather than later. At the end of the day, he’s just focusing on getting healthy right now. But I will say that he’s doing good, he’s in good spirits.”

Reigns’ return has been a much anticipated topic and hopefully this appearance will provide an answer to whether we will see The Big Dog back in the ring sooner rather than later.
