Resident Evil fans certainly have a lot to look forward to when it comes to their beloved series, as the remake of Resident Evil 4 should hopefully continue Capcom’s winning tradition with their iconic horror franchise. We’ve still got a few months to wait before the game launches, but for those who can’t wait, there’s an RE Showcase on the horizon that should reveal a host of new details. Here’s everything you need to know.
RE Showcase: What Time Does It Start?
Capcom have announced that the October RE Showcase will take place on October 20th at 3PM PT / 6PM ET / 11PM BST.

RE Showcase: Where Can I Watch It?
Like previous RE Showcase presentations, you’ll be able to watch the full stream from Capcom’s official Twitch and YouTube channels, with VODs of the full event available after the fact.
RE Showcase: What Can We Expect?
Naturally, we can expect a lot more information regarding the Resident Evil 4 remake. While a release date might not be on the cards, some new gameplay footage is certainly on the table. Maybe we’ll see how an iconic moment from the original game has been redone, such as the first fight with El Gigante or the lake fight with Del Lago.
On top of Resident Evil 4 news, we’ll probably see more gameplay and information regarding the Winters Expansion for Resident Evil Village, which offers a new third person camera perspective for the main game, along with a whole new campaign for players to enjoy. We may even get some new information on RE: Verse, the multiplayer shooter that was set to launch alongside Resident Evil Village.
