Resident Evil 4 Remake: Where To Find Vipers

“A medium-sized snake with a unique mottled pattern. If the poison glands are removed, it may be eaten. Can be used to restore health.”

Vipers in Resident Evil 4 Remake are unique animals that can attack Leon when broken out of chests, but can also be eaten to regain health. However, you’re probably wondering where to find three Vipers for a Blue Request from the Merchant early into the game during the Village sections.

Luckily, Vipers are fairly common in Resident Evil 4, though can be pretty easy to miss if you’re stressing out with trying not to get stabbed in the neck with a pitchfork.

The first Viper in the Village section can be found in a breakable chest in the church that you go through just before you even get the request to collect Vipers.

The second Viper is located not too far from the church later on in a small hut just before you reach the Quarry. You may need to break a crate to find it.

The third viper you need for this request can be found at the Fish Farm, which is where you need to go to collect fuel for your boat.

Remember that you first need to kill the Viper before you can add it to your inventory; a single knife swipe or bullet works just fine. When you’ve got three Vipers, take them to a Merchant location then sell them to earn some pesetas and Spinel for completing the request.

There may be more Vipers hidden in the village section of Resident Evil 4, but these are the most obvious ones that are closest to each other.
