Resident Evil 3: How To Solve The Subway Office Route Puzzle

Resident Evil 3 definitely doesn’t have even a quarter as many weird and wacky puzzles as its predecessor did, but there are still one or two that might make your brain flinch. One of those is the Subway Office puzzle that asks you to sort out the route for the subway.

First off, you will need to have actually activated the power to the Subway Office before you can attempt this puzzle. Make sure you travel to the Control Room in the Substation, picking up the lockpick and fending off some spiders as you restore the power in the four generators.

Once that’s done, return to the Subway Office’s main room and then walk up to the terminal. You will then have to figure out which routes to re-route based on the sheet stuck to the screen. As you will be making your way to Fox Park, you have to fiddle with the station you want to go to as well as the platform.

Here’s the correct method for figuring out this puzzle.

RE – 01 (does not move)
FA – 02
RA – 03
SA – 02
FO – 01

Once you have that all lined up, hit the enter button and you will able to continue in the story. Try and make your way back to the Subway Station — if you don’t get interrupted, of course.
