Resident Evil 2 Reviews: What The Critics Are Saying

With the release of Resident Evil 2 on January 25th, the review embargo is now up for those who were given early access to the game. We know that Famitsu are fans, but what about everyone else? Here are all the reviews, scored and unscored, we’ve found so far.

 

Cultured Vultures | Jimmy Donnellan – 9.5/10

From our Resident Evil 2 review:

After mutating from quaint horror to buffoonish action to back again, the Resident Evil series has been wildly inconsistent. An argument could be made that Capcom could have done more, but the spirit of the original has been preserved and in many cases, enhanced.
