Rejoice! Seth Rollins Returns from Injury, Kills Roman Reigns

Extreme Rules Seth Rollins

At last night’s Extreme Rules, Seth Rollins made a return to the WWE after a long break away through injury to murder WWE World Heavyweight champion Roman Reigns with a Pedigree.

Speculation had been rife about his return for a while with many suggesting he would only be back in mid-June, but judging by his cameo last night, delivering one of the crispest Pedigrees you’re ever likely to see, he should be back in the ring on a full-time basis once again.

Absence supposedly makes the heart grow fonder, which was evidenced with the almighty pop Rollins received when he made his way down to the ring to attack Reigns. Having just had an early MOTY candidate with a willing AJ Styles in which he received thunderous boos despite pulling off some ridiculous spots, Reigns was laid out by the returning ex-champion.

Having been on the shelf since November, expect Rollins to waste no time to claim back the championship that he never lost.
