While the sequel to Sniper Elite 4 is still a long way off (nothing to show for a year, says Rebellion), you’ve at least got V2 Remastered coming to the PS4, Xbox One, PC and, in a first for the series, Nintendo Switch. V2 will also includes all of the DLC for that game, which included the infamous Hitler assassination mission, and the full package is worth it for that alone. The new characters, 4K visuals and photo mode help, though.
Switch players will also be treated to Sniper Elite 3: Ultimate Edition, which will include all the content made for that game, except now it’s available on the daily commute or while you’re taking a dump. Call that a victory. The video above also gives us a glimpse of the VR project, which will be set in the Mediterranean conflict of the fourth game.
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered and Sniper Elite 3: Ultimate Edition are scheduled to be released at some point in 2019, with more details about the VR project forthcoming. Are you excited for all these projects? Let us know in the comments.
