Rainbow Six Siege’s Free Weekend For PS4, Xbox One & PC Begins Today

Not played Rainbow Six Siege in the three years since it's been out? Check out its free weekend on all platforms.

Siege Chimera

If you’re in the minority of shooter fans who somehow haven’t played Rainbow Six Siege yet, today’s your lucky day. Well, technically the next three (update: it’s four, I can’t maths good) days for the game’s free weekend are your lucky days, but don’t worry about it.

Ubisoft have announced that from today (November 15th) until November 18th, players will be able to try out Rainbow Six Siege for free across all the platforms it is available on, whether that be PC, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.

Progress will carry over if you choose to put the hours in if you end up purchasing the “full” game; it will be unplayable once your free time with it is up.

Ubisoft is also adding some huge discounts to what is already a pretty affordable game at this point. With savings of up to 70% off across its Standard, Advanced, Gold, and Complete Editions, it’s a good opportunity to snap up the game if you love the free weekend. Discounts depend on platform with the sale running until November 30th.

I’m more or less over my Siege obsession as there are just too many other games to play for me to sit on one. If you’re yet to experience it, I would highly recommend giving it a download. If you’re a proficient console player, it might be worth downloading it on PC to test the waters. Trust me, it might be a bit of a skill jump.
