Microsoft have announced that Project xCloud, their game streaming service that allows you to play Xbox games on mobile devices, will be launching for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on September 15th. The feature will be available for Android devices across 22 different countries.

The news was announced via an Xbox Wire post, which revealed that players will have access to over 100 titles, with specific examples including “Minecraft Dungeons, Destiny 2, Tell Me Why, Gears 5, Yakuza Kiwami 2” and more. The featured image on the blog post also references games like Forza Horizon 4, Sea of Thieves, Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Halo 5: Guardians.

Cloud gaming will allow players to continue their game when they’re away from the Xbox, so if you’re midway through the Gears 5 campaign and need to go to the toilet, you’ll be able to carry on your progression while taking care of business. The feature will be available in 22 countries, including Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Will you be checking out Project xCloud when it becomes available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members on September 15th? Sound off in the comments.
