Zubat is a Poison/Flying-type Pokémon in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl that can evolve into Golbat and later Crobat.
To evolve Zubat into Golbat in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, players must level Zubat up to level 22. This isn’t too hard to accomplish, especially as you can just keep Zubat in your party and it will level up without doing anything thanks to EXP Share. Golbat also spawns commonly throughout Sinnoh, but players may encounter them the most at Mt. Coronet.
To evolve Golbat into Crobat in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, players must level up Golbat while it has high friendship. Players can increase their friendship with their Pokémon by using them often in battle, having them follow you, giving them vitamins, massages, and other bonding activities.
To make a Pokémon follow you, go to the Amity Square after beating the second gym in Hearthome City, then talk to the person behind the counter. Choose a cute Pokémon as the one to follow you around and then after you leave the Square, any Pokémon in your party will then be able to follow you around.
