Persona 3 Portable, 4 Golden & 5 Royal Coming To The Switch Too

Finally.

Persona 5 Royal

ATLUS and SEGA made waves earlier in the month with the announcement that Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal would be coming to PC and Xbox later this year, but Switch fans were left out in the cold on whether the Phantom Thieves and company would be available there too.

Finally, ATLUS have confirmed that Persona 5 Royal will launch on October 21st, 2022 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X & S, Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation 5 and the Nintendo Switch. Check out the announcement trailer at the top of the page.

Persona 5 Royal follows Joker as he leads a group known as the Phantom Thieves, who try to right the wrongs and injustices of the world. Apparently, you do that by travelling to another world and kicking the snot out of demons. There’s a lot going on in Persona 5 Royal, but it’s one of the best JRPGs ever made, and the new release will come bundled with all of the previously released content as standard, so you can have all the outfits and endgame level Personas from the start of the game if you like.

SEGA and ATLAS haven’t confirmed when Persona 3 Portable or Persona 4 Golden will launch on all platforms, but they have confirmed that these versions of Persona will be native Switch ports, not cloud versions like Kingdom Hearts, which should be good news to a lot of players.
