Living up to their promise, 2K revealed what seems to be the entire line-up for 2K18’s DLC. Joining The Hardys, Elias and Ruby Riot are some hotly anticipated inclusions that were missed off the base roster – Aleister Black, Drew McIntyre and some of the 2017 Hall of Fame class.

Having just missed the annual cut-off date of Wrestlemania, current NXT champ Drew McIntyre and rising star Aleister Black were two of the most suspected names for the DLC roster. How right we were! Although this isn’t the first WWE video game for McIntyre, he will likely be the reason a lot of gamers fork out for the season pass this year.

Tagging along with them from NXT has taken a lot of people by surprise: Lars Sullivan. A newcomer that has taken off astonishingly over the past few months, also someone I wouldn’t have expected to see show up in the games until at least next year. Respect to 2K for arranging scans and licenses this soon.

Moving on to the Legends of 2K18’s DLC. Firstly, former Women’s and Divas champion Beth Phoenix is making her return to the WWE games franchise, while The Rock N’ Roll Express shall be making their debut as part of the DLC. After last year’s DLC brought The Fabulous Freebirds out of retirement, Gibson and Morton continue the love for fans of territorial tag teams.

So is this enough for you to be spending the extra 20 on this year’s Season Pass? Are you pleased with the line-up, or were there any other names that you wanted to see make it?
