No Man’s Sky Path Finder Update Brings Land Vehicles

No Man's Sky

I would almost be wasting energy to recap the history of No Man’s Sky controversies, so I am not going to bother, word count be damned. Hello Games’ polarising space explorer will soon have a huge new update that will allow players to explore their home planets.

Speaking on the game’s Steam page:

“This week Hello Games will be releasing the next content update for No Man’s Sky. We’re calling it the Path Finder Update; it introduces a new vehicle that will aid home planet exploration, building on the Foundation Update to hint at a path ahead for the future.”

There’s not much else to go off of in the statement. As you might expect, the reception has been extremely mixed with this guy’s intellect shining through the most:

NMS fans

Previously, players dug through the game’s files and found buggies. It looks like Hello Games have acted to actually include them in the game, so you will find it easier to explore on land before too long.

Sean Murray lied to us etc, it isn’t what was advertised and so on, one of the most disappointing games of last year yadda yadda. Let’s move on.
