No Man’s Sky Beyond Update To Introduce New Multiplayer Experience

And that's just one of three big updates.

No Man's Sky

Hello Games have announced that they’ll be delivering another free update this year to No Man’s Sky that’ll add a host of new features to the game, similar to last year’s Next update. In a blog post on the game’s official website, founder Sean Murray outlined how the Beyond update is actually three separate updates rolled into one.

The first announced feature of the Beyond update is No Man’s Sky Online, which will add a host of new social and multiplayer experiences to the game, hopefully bringing players together further. Anything to make the universe of No Man’s Sky feel less empty than it did on launch can only be a good thing, right?

The other parts of the Beyond update haven’t been confirmed yet, but Sean assures users that they “will talk more about each component when we know we can be precise, and look forward to sharing more in the coming weeks”. What other features would you like to see in No Man’s Sky? Sound off in the comments below.
