Nintendo’s Indie Highlights Video Includes Wargroove & Goat Simulator

Sadly, no news on Untitled Goose Game.

Nintendo

Nintendo just dropped their Indie Highlights video, which contained plenty of news about some fantastic new and upcoming additions to the ever-growing eShop. If you’re a fan of RPGs, strategy games, rhythm action games or just ones where you play as a goat and mess up everyone’s day, Nintendo had you covered.

The full list of games featured during the video and their scheduled release dates includes:

– Wargroove (February 1st)
– Double Kick Heroes (Summer 2019)
– When Ski Lifts Go Wrong (Out Now)
– Forager (Coming Soon)
– Goat Simulator: The GOATY (Out Now)
– Inmost (2019, first on Nintendo Switch)
– Unruly Heroes (Out Now)
– CrossCode (2019)
– SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech (2019)

For my money, the biggest news coming out of this event is the release date of the Advance Wars inspired Wargroove, along with the surprise releases of When Ski Lifts Go Wrong and Goat Simulator: The GOATY. That said, I’m really excited to experience the “rhythm metal shooter” action of Double Kick Heroes. Heavy Metal mixed with a side scrolling shooter? I’m in.
