Some new screenshots have emerged for The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, the upcoming stealth-action game that’s slated for a release on PS5, Xbox Series X and PC. The screenshots have appeared on the website Gamestar, which you can check out at the link right here.
Developed by Daedalic Entertainment, Gollum will take place before the events of the original Lord of the Rings trilogy, following the tragic Gollum as he grapples with his alter-ego Smeagol. The screenshots featured at Gamestar demonstrate some of the narrative choices you can make while controlling Gollum.
According to an Edge magazine preview from January, the game will have much more of a stealth and platforming focus, as Gollum won’t receive many abilities or skills that can be upgraded.
