Also playable on the show floor, Ni no Kuni 2’s release date has been revealed ahead of a further showing at E3 2017.
Namco Bandai’s sequel to the cult favourite RPG is due for release November 10, 2017 on PS4 and PC.
Here’s a short excerpt from the press release:
“In the world of Ni no Kuni II: REVENANT KINGDOM, players enter the kingdom of Ding Dong Dell, where cats, mice, and humans once lived in harmony. After a treacherous coup, Evan, the boy king of Ding Dong Dell is banished from his kingdom. Ni no Kuni II: REVENANT KINGDOM recounts the story of this deposed king and his journey to build his own kingdom and unite the entire world.”
Ding Dong Dell is the greatest name for a place I have ever heard and I want to move there immediately.
Ni no Kuni 2 is likely to be shown further at Sony’s briefing, which commences at 2am BST.
