Subject – Cinema Last Night, Feeling Better.

I think things are finally looking up. Last night was really good. I’d definitely recommend Cataclysm, was totally not as mindless as I thought. I don’t know whether the guys would agree with me though, I swear Lee fell asleep near the end, even throwing Kris’s popcorn at him didn’t wake him up. They’ve been working pretty hard in Industrial lately, I guess Lee’s got to take every chance he can to rest. You’d think Ops Management gives you a little more time to rest, but apparently the Administration have been hounding them to double their productivity. The bastards, The guy is practically dead on his feet.

It was good being out with everyone again. Shame on more of you for not coming, it was well worth the money. You should have a look at yourselves and think what you’re doing to keep the cinema trade in business. I’m kidding, but stop being lazy and come out next time. I think we’re going for a drink downtown next friday, may make a regular thing of it. Get back to me if you guys have any time free, it’d be good to get a big group of us out.
On the way back to the train station Kris pointed out some graffiti on an administration billboard. Someone had pretty much blacked out the whole advert and scrawled “They are fucking BLINDING you” over the top of it. Kris gave me some wide eyed look and asked what I thought of it. Was only when she reminded me that Galen blogged about getting that phrase emailed to him that I twigged. I guess she read his stuff more than I did? In truth i’ve been avoiding rereading his stuff, it stops me staying up late, guessing what happened to him.
Lee got pretty vocal about the defacement of Administration property, how people should take more pride in what the Administration provide for us in San Fran. Christ, i’d forgotten how much of a fucking patriot Lee can be, as much as he goes on about the Administration pressuring him in Industrial, I bet he shits stars and stripes. Kris and I wondered what the phrase meant, is it some kind of viral marketing? I remember it showing on all those screens after the Cypher explosion, although I do my best not to think about what went on that day.

I really need to see Saul and Dee again.
