Citizen Josephine

We regret to inform you that due to your recent change of circumstances (I.E – Documented Income and Missing Spouse), we must revoke your procreation permit. At the Office of Procreation Permits (Hereafter referred to as the OPP), we understand that this may cause you some inconvenience. The Administration aims to protect your financial stability and your childs wellbeing, and the withdrawal of a procreation permit is a means to that end.

Based on your medical records (Last updated with us on 01/07/2089) we understand that you are currently expecting. The OPP offers its congratulations on your pregnancy and reassurances you that upon your childs birth, your child will be taken into care by our expert Young Patriots Team. As we have deemed that you are now unable to provide for your child to the standard that The Administration require, we will assure that your child is raised to a suitable standard in a Patriot Nursery in an environment that meets with the standards of our regulators.

If you wish to have access to your child, we ask that you fill out a V52 Visitation Form, which will enable you to visit your child at the nursery on a bi-annual basis. We will remind you that there is a two year waiting list for this service.

If you have a change in circumstances that you think may allow you to provide adequate care for your child, the OPP asks you to fill out a D345 form, and also a TYJ572b. These are available in PDF form on our webpage.

The OPP once again offers its sincerest apologies that we must deny you access to your child upon his/her birth, but we are sure that you can understand that our regulation is a guaranteed way of maintaining superior quality of life for all loyal Patriots, both parent and child.

The OPP asks that you reply to this email within 30 days.

Failure to reply to this message will result in a visit from an Administration Family Planning Team.

Best
