Llama-Rama: How To Get Free Fortnite & Rocket League Cosmetics

To coincide with the free-to-play launch of Rocket League on September 23rd, Rocket League and Fortnite are having a crossover that will give players of each game free cosmetics for completing challenges.

Starting on September 26th, Rocket League players will be able to take part in challenges that will grant them free rewards for Rocket League and also Fortnite. Psyonix are owned by Epic Games, the creators of Fortnite.

Llama-Rama will be available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Epic Games Store players, all for free.

Llama-Rama Challenges

Players must jump into Rocket League from September 26th and complete the following challenges to unlock the free cosmetics. You won’t have any challenges within Fortnite itself to complete for the promotion, just Rocket League.

Here are all of the Llama-Rama challenges.

  • Rocket League Challenge: Play an Online Match in Any Playlist
  • Rocket League Reward: Llama Flyer Antenna
  • Fortnite Reward: Rocket League Spray

• CHALLENGE 2 – FLAGGED FOR VICTORY

  • Rocket League Challenge: Win 1 Online Match in Casual with the Llama Antenna
  • Rocket League Reward: Top Llama Topper
  • Fortnite Reward: Holodata Drop Contrail

• CHALLENGE 3 – TOP OF THE WORLD

  • Rocket League Challenge: Get 5 goals, saves, or assists with the Llama Topper
  • Rocket League Reward: Loot Llama Octane Decal
  • Fortnite Reward: Rocket Groove Music Track

• CHALLENGE 4 – AN EPIC ENDEAVOR

  • Rocket League Challenge: Win 5 Online Matches in Any Playlist with the Llama Decal (Octane)
  • Rocket League Reward: Llama Wheels
  • Fortnite Reward: Rocket League Emoticon

• CHALLENGE 5 – LLAMA LEGEND

  • Rocket League Challenge: Get MVP in any Online Match with the Llama Wheels
  • Rocket League Reward: Battle Bus + Battle Balloon Antenna, Battle Bus Wheels, and Battle Bus Engine Audio
  • Fortnite Reward: Octane RL Backbling + style variant

All of these challenges can be completed fairly easily, though you won’t be able to complete them all in one go as you will have to equip certain decals and wheels that you can only unlock for completing various challenges.

How Do I Claim My Llama-Rama Rewards?

First and foremost, ou will need to make sure you are logged in with all the right information.

For Rocket League rewards, head on over to the Rocket League Event Challenge Page and collect the rewards you see there after each challenge.

For Fortnite, simply logging in while mean the items are in your locker. You don’t need to log in before a set date.

When Does Llama-Rama End?

Llama-Rama ends on October 12th. If you’ve not claimed the rewards from the crossover event, they will automatically be added once the event ends.
